This breed-specific Romney wool yarn is from our family farm in Utah.

Each skein is approximately 220 yards, 2-ply worsted weight. The yarn is a warm, natural grey with white and brown hues. It has a light halo and is perfect for warm outerwear and cozy layers.

These worsted weight, natural grey colored skeins are specially mill spun for us by a small, independent wool mill here in Utah. We work with the mill in small batches or “runs” to ensure the long fiber has a low twist and soft, lovely drape. This keeps the yarn soft and highlights that silky long wool luster. This is a breed-specific, place-specific yarn.

Our small, purebred fiber flock is well loved and managed using only ethical handling and breed preservation standards.
