Lambs will be harvested in November of 2025. Be sure to read the lamb reservations & butchering tab and the USDA Inspection tab before ordering. 

 

Our pasture-raised lamb is carefully raised on open pasture, ensuring rich flavor and natural, healthy meat. This lamb is butchered, cut, and professionally wrapped to preserve its freshness. We offer both Full and Half lamb options, allowing you to choose the right amount for your needs.

 

Full Lamb Includes:

  • All cuts, including chops, steaks, roasts, and ground lamb
  • Pre-packaged and ready for your freezer

Half Lamb Includes:

  • A selection of cuts (half the variety of the full lamb)
  • Pre-packaged and ready for your freezer

 

You’ll pay us directly for the lamb and butchering by adding this item to your cart, and we will coordinate with our trusted butcher shop for the cutting and wrapping. Payment for the packaging will be made directly to the butcher shop. You’ll work with the butcher to select your preferred cuts and $60 will be due at the time of pick up to the butcher. 

 

All of our lamb is butchered to your specifications and packaged with care. Perfect for stocking your freezer with premium, locally-raised meat. Please reach out if you have specific cut preferences or questions about this offering!

  • A full refund will be given if lamb dies before pick up. No refund will be given for failure of buyer to pick up lamb. A bill of sale will be given at time of pick up.
