We are expecting unregistered Rambouillet lambs in March of 2025. They will stay with us until weaned at 12-14 weeks of age and will be ready to go home with you in late May or early June. They come with tails docked, banded (if desired), tamed/halter trained and CD/T vaccines and deworming. $300 each.
The Ram: Soy Sauce

Soy sauce has a dense fleece, straight topline, solid legs and feet, good muscling in his shoulders and hindquarters. He is a compact, sturdy sheep with good horn structure.

This ewe had twin ram lambs in 2024, including a pretty incredibly muscled and correct ram lamb who has gone on to be a flock sire in Idaho for a breeder focused on wool quality. She is a very milky ewe and her wool brings nice, long staple length, while still being next to skin soft and is very easy to spin. She is a big ewe, weighing in around 250 lbs. She has correct legs, minimal wool on her face and a nice, strong topline.

2023 Merino Ewe

This ewe had twin ram lambs in 2024, she showed great maternal instinct. Gertie shows a lot of positive traits, including great fleece quality with great sheen and crimp, straight legs, and a calm temperament. We are hoping by crossing her to Soy sauce we will increase carcass size, and improving her shoulder and topline structure. I will likely be keeping any ewe lambs out of Gertie this year.

This ewe will be a first time mom this year. We really like her compact and stocky build, good leg position and thick, dense wool. We are hoping to bring some size and increase her topline and neck length through this pairing.

We raise the lamb
We specialize in pasture-raised Rambouillet cross sheep. Our lamb is humane, hormone-free, pasture-raised and fed minimal grain (for training purposes). We sell whole lambs directly to our customers and process here on the farm using a mobile, humane custom-exempt butcher.

Select your cuts
You’ll pay us directly for the lamb, and we will coordinate with our trusted butcher shop for the cutting and wrapping. Payment for the butchering and packaging will be made directly to the butcher shop. You’ll work with the butcher to select your preferred cuts for full lambs. Half lambs get a pre-selected variety.
